The pavonis thermal transfer printer offers high-resolution 300 dpi printing at 127 mm per second. The ribbon holding system for 300 m rolls reduces the frequency at which print film needs to be changed. The cutting mechanism supplied with the printer makes print process handling even easier.

Polyester 50 m film with a slight gloss and a surface coating to ensure outstanding color fixing when lettering using thermal transfer print systems and synthetic resin-based thermal transfer ribbons. The smooth surface of the material enables full-coverage color transfer, ensuring precise lettering. The polyester labels are suitable for adhesion to metal, gloss paints and high surface energy plastics. The permanent acrylate adhesive exhibits high initial adhesion and at least 1006 N/m FTM 1 on steel after 72 hours. The silvered polyester labels are UL-approved for printing using the thermal transfer method with our resin-based color ribbons.<br><br>Suitable for:

TEG: Fabric labels

This self-adhesive woven nylon fabric is both flexible and tear-resistant. Fabric labels have a surface coating to ensure outstanding color fixing when lettering using thermal transfer print systems and resin- or wax/resin-based thermal transfer ribbons. The permanent acrylate adhesive exhibits high initial adhesion, meaning labels can be processed easily. These labels are especially suited for tagging electrical systems, identifying operating facilities, for adhesion over edges or radiuses, for cable marking or for use in switch cabinet installations.<br><br>Suitable for:

  • All types of operating equipment labeling

TES: Self-laminating cable tags

TES: Self-laminating cable tags

These self-laminating cable tags are ideal for labeling cables, lines and wiring. On the upper edge, they are provided with a printable, colored box and can be removed easily from the backing paper after printing. To provide additional protection from external environmental factors, the labeling is wrapped with the self-adhesive laminate.<br>In addition, the backing paper is printed with precisely-dimensioned stripes for optimum sensor detection. The special film is only 0.05 mm thick, clings well and is highly flexible. This ensures that the cable tag will not peel back up, even when used for cables with small diameters. The high-transparency laminate ensures the printed lettering remains easy to read. These cable tags can be printed using the Murrplastik Pavonis.<br><br>Suitable for:

FHW - Color ribbons based on a resin/wax mix

FHW - Color ribbons based on a resin/wax mix

Ribbons based on a mix of resin and wax are ideal for printing onto matte synthetic films and laminated/coated papers, matte polyesters, polypropylene, polyolefins (shrink-wrap films), polyethylene, vinyl (PVC) and polyimides. They can also be used to print smooth and glossy synthetic films<br> <br> Printing takes place at room temperature. In general, printing with FHW resin-wax ribbons offers a broad field of applications for almost all materials with a medium to low level of durability requirements.<br> <br> The FHW resin-wax ribbons are 300 m long and outside-wound. This means they are suited for printing with the Murrplastik Pavonis. For printing with the Brady BBP11, 74 m-long color ribbons are available.

The FH resin-based color ribbons are ideal for printing on glossy synthetic films.<br> <br> Printing takes place at high temperatures for optimum durability.<br> <br> The field of application for FH resin-based ribbons is, naturally, synthetic labels with a need for high durability.<br> <br> While the FH series already offers good smudge-proof qualities at optimum printing temperature, the FH+ series is smudge- and scratch-proof, and is also resistant to many cleaning agents and oils.<br> <br> Optimum durability is offered by the FH+ range, which is resistant to handling with most industrial cleaners and oil vapours.<br> <br> The FH resin-based ribbons are 300 m long and outside-wound. This means they are suited for printing with the Murrplastik Pavonis. For printing with the Brady BBP11, 74 m-long color ribbons are available.
